“Way beyond what I expected.”

I stay in hotels and air B&Bs all the time for work and this place was the best by a country mile! To the point where I’d love to live there! Great decor, cosy, it has everything you need and a lovely host. Even the single beds where comfy. Thanks for a lovely stay

“We had an amazing weekend. ”

The campsite was magical and we all had a fabulous time. It was lovely to have the place to ourselves and for the kids to be go off and explore. To have a weekend free of blackberries and I pads was bliss. The set up was excellent as we were together but each family had privacy. The outdoor showers were a revelation and we even got used to the compost. toilets. We had an amazing weekend and would thoroughly recommend it.

Being the first glamping trip, the surrounding was beautiful. Yurt gorgeous. Wildlife. Peace and quiet. Log fires. Eating alfresco. Lovely relaxed helpful hosts. Perfect.

“We absolutely loved staying at Glottenham Castle.”

We were staying in one of the geodomes on site - it was really lovely and comfortable and clean. The deck area and covered kitchen were really functional - and we enjoyed many meals outside despite the rainy weather! The woodland setting is stunning. Felt like we really got away from it all. We were traveling with our 2 year old - would thoroughly recommend to anyone with a family. Thank you Emma and co!.

“Loved it!”

From the moment we arrived until the moment we packed up we were completely left alone, the surroundings were beautiful, not a soul in sight and there were plenty of blackberries to pick to keep us occupied. We made a few brief excursions and stocked up our supplies at the local farmers shop but always looked forward to coming back to our cozy retreat.  Perfect all around, thank you!

“The Kell is a beautiful place.”

There were five of us looking for a weekend of peace and nature away from London. We loved our stay. It has a lovely dining room table for sharing meals and the whole house is beautifully decorated. It's very near walking paths too. We had fires in the stove at night which made it very cosy. Emma was very responsive to our questions and needs. I would definitely stay here again and think you should visit too. :-).

“Highly recommend”

We spent our family Christmas at The Kell which was made extra special by the decorations Emma had put up for us. The cottage was much more spacious than it looks in the photos and we stayed very comfortably as 6 adults and a toddler. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to cook a traditional Christmas lunch. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet. The pond just outside the property is lovely and our little boy enjoyed spotting all the different wildlife. With easy train links to London we’d highly recommend this place for a relaxing weekend, or longer, away from the city.
